Give to Lake Placid Baptist

The death and resurrection of Jesus represents the most generous gift ever given – when the King of Glory gave up everything in order to reconcile us to God. Giving cheerfully, sacrificially, and consistently is a part of our worship. When we are generous with others, we remind one another of the great generosity of our God. If you would like to make a one-time gift or set up recurring automatic giving online please follow the link below. Thank you for your generosity. *Please do not send cash through the mail. Online giving requires that you set up an account with a user name and password.

A New Way to Donate

Through our online donations platform, you have the ability to set up recurring giving. Whether you want to give weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or even yearly, you can set up a recurring donation so you will never forget to give when life gets a little crazy.

You are able to set up a recurring donation based off your bank account (which is the best option to save us processing fees!), or any debit/credit card you choose. Once it is set up, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as a receipt each time your donation is processed. Every contribution to our general fund is tax-deductible to you. Thank again for your generosity!

Ministry House Project

In 2012 LPBC leadership and members strongly believed that this investment was necessary. We recognized that in order for our senior pastor to be effective in outreach and ministry within our community, he and his family needed to live in our community. With rising home costs, long-term rentals almost non-existent in our community, and the knowledge that we were the only church in our community that did not offer housing for our senior pastor, we took a step of faith and purchased a home on 52 Acorn Street in October of 2014.

Along with providing housing for our pastor, this home also complements our current ministry by giving a new location for small group meetings and Bible studies. Another shining feature is The Nest, a one-bedroom apartment that serves as a retreat for ministry partners and those in full time ministry.

PAID IN FULL! In June, 2020, we made the final mortgage payment on this property and are once again debt free! What a blessing! However, the work is not yet complete. Please consider joining us as we make necessary repairs and upgrades to the outside of this home, including, but not limited to, new windows and siding.
