We are a casual church that reflects life in the Adirondacks. Whether you are vacationing, new to the area or desiring to reconnect with church life, feel free to come as you are. Our in-person worship service begins at 10:15. If you choose to join us, please take time to review our current COVID-19 guidelines below.
We're so excited to see everyone again! Our first in-person service will be Sunday, June 21st at 10:15. Please read our guidelines through the link below. While these guidelines may feel unnatural from how we normally experience worship together, it is important that we comply for the comfort and safety of everyone involved. Remember, we do not expect this to last forever. Advanced reservations, though not required, may be made through the link below.

The building is closed, but the church is opened. Every Sunday, we go live on YouTube, and you can join us from where your devices will connect you. This Sunday will include worship and communion.
The word for 2020 is magnify. The idea springs from Mary’s words in Luke 1:46 …"My soul magnifies the Lord.” Mary saw that her obedience to the Lord allowed her life to magnify His Glory. Lake Placid Baptist is taking on the challenge to magnify found in Psalm 34::3 “ Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!”
Most weekends, visitors choose to worship with our church family as a part of their time in Lake Placid. In our foyer are maps where they pin the communities they call home. In this way, we have a visual reminder of how God brings the world to our village. We would love for you to come and mark the community you call home.
