IN-PERSON WORSHIP SERVICEWe have been meeting in person for worship since the end of June 2020. If you plan to join us, please read our guidelines or watch Pastor Jim's video.  While these guidelines may feel unnatural from how we normally experience worship together, it is important that we comply for the comfort and safety of everyone involved. Remember, we do not expect this to last forever. Advanced reservations, though not required, may be made through the link below. You may use our reservation form at any time up to 6 days prior to your visit. All reservations are cleared each week following our Sunday service.

Magnify 2020

The word for 2020 is magnify.  The idea springs from Mary’s words in Luke 1:46 …"My soul magnifies the Lord.”  Mary saw that her obedience to the Lord allowed her life to magnify His Glory.  Lake Placid Baptist is taking on the challenge to magnify found in Psalm 34::3  “ Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!”

We Love vacationers

Most weekends, visitors choose to worship with our church family as a part of their time in Lake Placid. In our foyer are maps where they pin the communities they call home. In this way, we have a visual reminder of how God brings the world to our village. We would love for you to come and mark the community you call home.
